This is how you make Tokat kebabs. Tokat is where my Turkish family live. We are cooking tomatoes, aubergine, meat and the green peppers that my aunty Esra (my Hala) is holding. In the background there are the fields that belong to all the family. My Granddad was growing one whole field of onions and a few days later they were planting tomatoes. It was coming to the end spring time and the weather was lovely and warm, there was no rain at all.
